Refund policy

Ne le dis pas aux parents SARL undertakes to take back the items and provide a refund under the following conditions:

You must send an email to info@neledispasauxparents.com before returning the item.

The email must contain as much information as possible on the problem encountered with the product (written description of the problem, photos, videos, etc.).

Ne le dis pas aux parents SARL will not accept returns without a complaint email.

You have 14 days (from the date of receipt of your order) to return the item to us with the proof that you bought it from us (keep the mail that we send to confirm your order, it's a proof that you bought the product from us).

Transport costs are your responsibility.

We only take back defective items.

For hygiene reasons, we do not take back lingerie items massage products, body and bath products, lubricants, stimulants, cleansers and candies.

SexToys products must not have been used under any circumstances.

Ne le dis pas aux parents reserves the right to refuse your return if the conditions above are not respected.

After receipt and verification of your products, Ne le pas aux parents undertakes to make the reimbursement by re-crediting your credit card within a maximum of 30 days.

The refund concerns the price of the items and does not include transport costs.
